asdancers Posted February 20, 2006 #1 Share Posted February 20, 2006 Need to know if ladies can wear capri pants to dinner. I understand on formal night it isn't appropriate but have been talking with friends and they seem to think capri pants are a no no just like shorts. If anyone who has cruised on the Sun "freestyle" I would appreciate your imput.:)
tennisgirl27 Posted February 20, 2006 #2 Share Posted February 20, 2006 DH and I just got back from the Sun 2/11-2/18 and I wore capris every night to dinner except on formal night. I wore them in both the specialty and dining rooms with no problems.
hotspur Posted February 20, 2006 #3 Share Posted February 20, 2006 Resort casual attire is appropriate on NCL ships at dinner every night. Dressing formally on the OPTIONAL formal nights is...well...optional. It isn't clear to me why capri pants can't be worn every night.
iluvpalmtrees Posted February 20, 2006 #4 Share Posted February 20, 2006 I wore capris each night and they were fine....only 1 restaurant is formal only 1 night....I would not have worn them, then...but I did not attend formal night...
KeystoneCruiser Posted February 20, 2006 #5 Share Posted February 20, 2006 According to reports from those recently off of the Sun, they Sun has dropped the one dining room being formal only thing. All other NCL ships had already dropped that. Therefore you can wear resort casual any night in any restaurant including the OPTIONAL formal night.
