Where to send letter?

I wanted to send a letter to Carnival with a couple suggestions and my overall impressions..and complimenting someone I forgot to compliment on my comment card....where should I send this?

Only send it to Uncle Bob if you feel it warrants the Presidents attention. Otherwise it is just going to get vetted by his staff and forwarded to GR anyway.

Good for you. It is always great to have someone write a letter. It will go a long way for the employee.

You can also complete the on-line comment card at carnival.com. Carnival has always been very responsive to me whenever I have completed the online form. They responsed within 24 hrs either giving me an answer to a question or giving me the contact info for the correct department.
