Onboard Credit

Where can you find your onboard credit?

On the Booking and Order Detail tab, click on View Balance Details.

Can you see the balance before you sail? I'm supposed to have like $500 and I can't find the "View Balance Details" section.

I do not have a "View Balance Details" section either.

 It's on the Booking and Order Detail menu, then look at the "Your Bookings" section.  At the bottom of this section, it should look like this:

 

Click on "View Balance Details", and you should see your onboard credit amount.
