Bringing soda onboard

Can you bring 1 or 2 six packs of soda on to the ship, if so can you buy some at the bayside marketplace and just carry it onboard

Yes you can-no problem! We always bring a 6 pack of root beer for our daughter since that is the only soda she likes and it is not an option onboard.

I'm a Pepsi fanatic, so the last stop before boarding is always a Pepsi buying stop. If you bring a collapsable cooler, the steward will keep it full of ice to cool your pop. The refrigerators in the cabins don't do a very good job.

Before boarding our last cruise, I bought cokes(2ltrs), juice boxes(orange and pineapple), and tomato juice(V-8). I just put them in my carry-on and brought them on board with me. Our stateroom attendant always made sure we had plenty of ice. All we had to do is ask. Am I cheap? No, just budget minded and look for ways to save money for other things such as: Alternate restaurants, pictures, art auctions, casino fun, bingo, souvenirs, etc.....

I dedicate one entire suitcase to soft drinks. Not only do I have my drinks on board...I have a suitcase to bring back all the neat stuff I bought.

Has anyone ever had the soda in their luggage burst? I haven't but it's a constant worry
