I saw one single post here where someone said that, but they also didn't clarify if they asked a second person at Guest Services, or if they went up the chain of command. The official Royal policy that's been released does provide for free testing for consecutive cruisers, and that's been my personal experience as well. I asked Everybody Up the chain , and even returned a few days later and asked again. At this point they gave me 1 hour of free internet to arrange my own test on shore. When I couldn't get it done on my phone , the women at customer service did it for me and printed out my Testing appointment at a NOMI Testing site. It all worked out, but not without some stress.
