Verbal confirmation for Peace of Mind

I just called and used POM for my cruise in 2 days. I am concerned as they would only say the FCC will reappear in my account in a couple of weeks and would not give me a cancellation number or email. The reservation is still showing on my account which is how they said they are handling it. Is this the information others are getting as well?

I was told the same thing
