FCC info help.

About to cancel my February 9th

Cruise aboard Silver Moon and receive 110% fcc pretty straight forward, but to redeem my fcc do I have to go with my original independent travel agent or can I book with any agent?

In the UK I used an FCC from one agent and rebooked with another. Would assume USA would be the same.

So for a lack of a better term,it's like a gift card you use to redeem?
