Need help/advice regarding recent purchases

On 12/30 I purchased the Deluxe drink package and 2 excursions for my Oct Symphony cruise. I realized today that I have not seen that deducted from my account.  When I sign in my cruise planner it shows the 3 items as reserved and even gives me order numbers with totals. I have spent the last 3+ hours on the phone with RCI to inquire about the missing charge. They state they cannot see any such purchases, even after giving them the order numbers. I am at a loss as to what to do next.  I am not even given the online option to cancel and repurchase. Last rep told me must be a delay, give it til 1/6/22. 🤷🏻‍♀️  Any advice?

That happened to me with deposit on a cruise. It finally showed on my card after about 6 days if I recall. I called back then also and they said it was most likely a delay.

Based on the advice you got from the representative, the above post, and the fact that you don't sail until October, I'd wait a few days and see if it all shows up.
