Ideas for Celebrating Teen Boy's Birthday on Board

We are sailing on Allure in August and will be celebrating my nephew's 16th birthday while onboard. It is the day we are stopping in Aruba. I doubt they will let him drive the ship even though he will be eligible for his learner's permit. We will likely go to a specialty restaurant for dinner. Any other ideas on how to make it special? Also, has anyone ordered a cake? They look like they may serve my four year old twins but size can be deceiving. Thanks!

Pre-Covid I ordered a birthday cake for our room, it was very tasty but way too much cake for 2 people. I ordered it from the Cruise Planner.

Check out Trikes Aruba.  We did them and it was a lot of fun.  It was pre-covid so I don't know what the current status is with non-ship excursions.
