The issue with the vibration is the azipods that they used on the Spirit class ships, they just are not that good.  Normally I have the aft balconies and the vibration wasn't bad enough for me not to keep going to the aft.

We had an inside cabin on the lido deck on Conquest on 2/21/22 and just upgraded yesterday to a balcony on the lido for $146!

I would do it.  It is a 7 day cruise and you would really be able to enjoy the extra space and wrap around balcony.  You could spend all your on board time there without having to go to the Lido deck for sun loungers.  I received an offer for a jr suite for 350, which was not a great deal because it is bascially the same as a balcony.  But for $100 more ($450) I could get an ocean view suite, so I took it.
