Apex Celebrity Suite Bed Configuration (separate bed?)

We've been debating whether or not we should upgrade from a Sky Suite to a Celebrity Suite to have the separate bedroom. There will be 3 of us sailing on a "girl's" cruise so we need to be able to have 2 twins. After watching numerous videos, it doesn't look like there's enough space in the bedroom to separate the king bed into 2 twins (bedside "tables" on both sides). Does anyone know if the bed separates and if so, how much space there is between the 2 beds. The bedroom area as a whole looks tight. I have seen photos of the beds separated in a Sky suite but can't seem to find any of a Celebrity Suite with the bed apart. Thanks 🙂
