Is there a trick to getting your sea band to pair?

...cause we got ours today, and they're definitely not pairing with our phones/the app (I'm on an iPhone, DH is on an Android) 🙂 I know we can do it at the port if needed, but if there's a way to connect them now, that would be good to know.

we called since we have  a similar issue, customer support said this was common.
