Just over a week. I submitted for refund on the last day (31st Jan).

Lucky you.  I submitted on Jan 20th and still haven't heard anything.

That sucks - especially as they warn you not to follow up with additional queries.

An update: I see my refund is now credited to my Visa! 🎉  requested it Dec 31st, got letter for preliminary approval Jan 12th and posted to credit card Feb 10th.  So happy it’s done with!  I still hope to cruise again but for now I am happy to have my money back after over 2 years.

Just saw the refund hit my credit card (even though I changed credit cards since I booked the original cruise 2.5 years ago). Always nice to have a credit card with a positive balance ... even if it only lasts another couple of weeks.
