Making Future Cruise Reservations While on Celebrity?

I realize that Azamra is no longer under the Royal Caribbean umbrella but, sInce the loyalty programs are still combined, I wonder if I can still make a future cruise reservation for an Azamara cruise on my upcoming Celebrity cruise and get the on board booking promotions.
