If used my fcc as my deposit and ive paid in full but didnt choose refundable, if i cancel do i lose the deposit and just get the rest of the money back?

If Cruise with Confidence applies to your sailing and you the final payment date already has passed, you should get everything (including your deposit) back as FCC.  Any tours, packages, spa appointments, and other what-nots booked through the cruise planner will be refunded to your original payment package (although it's usually a good idea to cancel those before cancelling the cruise).
