Costa Maya with kids

I will be visiting Costa Maya in April 2022 on the NCL Joy.  I am looking at the best excursion to do with my children 11 and 9. They do enjoy doing things so maybe not an all day beach.  I don't mind private tours or cruise excursions.  Please share what your children loved and didn't love.

My kids have always liked Maya Chan. It's an "all day beach" but they have plenty of included stuff like kayaks, paddle boards, snorkeling gear, giant  Jenga, dogs and cats to play with, etc. The last time we were there late and when the sun went down, they made a bonfire and supplied everything to make s'mores.

I'll second Maya Chan. Our family loved that place! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming.
