We did our ETIS two days ago - we are on the March 17 Tahiti cruise.  No documents were required to be uploaded.  Just needed to enter our passport information,promised to bring a hard copy of our COVID Vaccination Record and pledge to obey the Tahiti COVID requirements, and then paid the ETIS fee (about $48 dollars per application).  Confirmation of ETIS approval was received as soon as we submitted the payment.
