I have cruised on Conquest class ships many times but never on the Conquest.  The last time I cruised out of Miami was over 20 years ago.  Any helpful tips for the Conquest?  Does anyone know which day formal night is for the 4 day cruise?  Do you still get a free bottle of wine in the steakhouse on night 1? I am platinum but am treating my son and DIL to this cruise.  He is gold but this will be her first cruise.  We will be staying in balcony cabins.  Getting SO excited!!  Thank you for any help!

I'm sailing on her soon, for a 3nt weekend cruise.  I'm having trouble finding much recent info on these sailings!  We have free drinks in the casino, so we're not buying cheers this trip - hoping for an embarkation and port day happy hour.  Also want to book the steakhouse but have no idea what night to choose because I can't figure out which nights will be which menu.

In and event, we've never had a bad cruise, so we're bound to have a great time.  I hope you do as well!

We sail 2/18 for a weekend cruise and I am also wondering about the menu- etc.  Hopefully we can get some answers!

That's us too!  Pretty excited, we had expected to cruise all winter but paused for Omicron.  I'm just realizing we've never been on a Conquest class ship, so now I'm doubly excited!!

Just did the 3-day 2/4 sailing out of Miami. First time on Conquest and was very happy with the experience. On my sailing there were only about 750 passengers onboard, so literally no crowds anywhere. I didn't do the steakhouse, but the cruise director did announce that they were doing the free wine on the first night and I overheard several people saying they took advantage of it and were happy with the meal. Not sure about a 4-day but our formal night was the second night. Couple other random thoughts:

1. Definitely do the stage shows if you can. The Playlist Productions cast on Conquest right now is by far the most talented I've seen on a Carnival ship. And I always think they are good, but these guys were REALLY good.

2. The piano bar was not open at all on my cruise. Not sure if that's a COVID social distancing thing or just because of the lack of passengers.

3. If Mike Paramore is still the comedian when you cruise, definitely go see him. Fair warning, his R-rated shows are VERY R-rated, but I'm sure he's equally good at the PG shows if the explicit stuff isn't your thing.

4. Make sure you go to the Alchemy Bar - with crowds as small as they seem to be right now, you can pretty much always get a seat and more attention from the bartenders.

Feel free to ask any other questions and I'll do my best to answer them!
