Any US Citizens cruising out of Rome soon?

Just passport, Covid test (make sure it's the right kind and within the right time frame), and proof of recent enough vaccination/booster. They don't care about any PLF forms at the start of the cruise.

Boarding pass, health form filled out that morning.

Oh and proof of insurance. I always add on their Covid coverage so it doesn't even come up, but if you have third party insurance I have heard they look very carefully at the policy to make sure it covers all the Covid stuff.

You don't need the EU pass to get on the ship. They will accept your CDC card. And you will probably be fine with just your CDC card for stuff on shore, it just makes things easier if you have the EU code for places to scan. But I haven't looked into the latest reports, so don't trust me on that. If you have one or two days before the cruise in Rome you can see for yourself how people react to your vaccination card and then get yourself a QR code if it seems worth it.
