NCL shore tours in Kaua'i

We are hopefully heading of on the Pride of America soon and trying to decide on what to do in each port. Since we drive on the opposite side of the road here we're not really comfortable driving so hiring a car is out. We are after a tour that sees some nature sites, maybe waterfalls or Waimea Canyon, Just wondering if any one can recommend any tours (either NCL or other provider)?
