Does anyone know if you can use a star bucks gift card on either the Odyssey or Wonder of the Seas

You mean Starbucks...the last time I tried I was unable to do so.  Perhaps technology has improved.  Can't hurt to try.

I’ve used my gift cards on board before. It’s now easier just to apply it to the app and use it as a payment method.

Yes  for Odyssey.  Used the Starbucks app myself while on her two weeks ago.

To use the Starbucks APP, do you need internet access? Or will it work in airplane mode?

Or can I just simplify the process and use a gift card? (asking for my 80 year old mom who loves her Starbucks)

As long as you have $$ on your card, then it will work. It’s really just a glorified barcode.

 

And yes, to make things easier, just go to a Starbucks and load up a gift card. Works just the same.
