snorkling & contacts

Yeah i have done some scuba diving and snorkeling over the years and have never had any major issues with contacts. I am the same way, totally blind without them. I also have been a competitive swimmer since i was a little kid and have always worn goggles. I continued to swim after i got contacts and have never had any issues. I would recommend bringing a pair of glasses with you to leave on the dive boat and have a an extra pair lying around somewhere so if something should happen you can still see. Just don't let water get in your eyes, it can sometimes make your contacts blurry or fall out now and then. It doesn't always happen, but ocean water and contacts don't mix too well. Have fun!!
