Cruise Cancellation?

I have a cruise booked through Casinos at Sea which may have to be cancelled due to illness. Do I have to cancel through Casinos at Sea or through NCL directly prior to the cruise? The cruise has been paid in full and it is only a few days until the cruise. Thanks in advance.

If you have booked through CAS then you most likely need to cancel through CAS.
