Junea Salmon fishing - not ship tour

Several years ago while in Junea, my son and I got off the boat and walked up the road to do a salmon fishing trip. The guy had you buy a fishing license and then he loaded you up in his van and took you down to the river. He provided all the poles and helped you out with how to fish. We were there for a couple of hours and had so much fun. Way cheaper than booking anything through the cruise ship. I can't find what company that was. Has anybody else done this or maybe familiar with the outfit (or a similar one I could try).

Have you checked the website of the Juneau visitors and convention bureau?  It should be listed in the thread at the top of this page titled "2019 resources...."
