I have 2 upcoming cruises and I think that one of them had "drinks on us" while playing in the casino. Looking at the "booking details" for each cruise, I am not able to find the code I booked under. icft Posted March 22, 2022 #2 Share Posted March 22, 2022 If it is a casino offer then you can go to: https://globalcasinoservices.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new One of the drop-down menu options is "Confirm an Offer You Received." Click on that, give them your booking number and ask for confirmation of what you are supposed to receive. They usually respond in a day or two.
