bcs Posted March 23, 2022 #1 Share Posted March 23, 2022 I have called my agent and he told me that there is no water packages for the MSC cruises. Do you know how much is a 1.5 liter bootled water payed on board? And the second question: could we ask for free tap water at the dinner (in the restaurant)? Thank you! JT1962 Posted March 23, 2022 #2 Share Posted March 23, 2022 I’m not sure how much bottled water is onboard, but tap water and iced tea were free in the dining room and buffet. I brought a refillable water bottle and filled it with ice water from the buffet each morning.
Woody14 Posted March 23, 2022 #3 Share Posted March 23, 2022 Are you cruising Europe or Caribbean? It is a different experience between the 2. you won't get tap water in Europe very easily
caffeine_demon Posted March 23, 2022 #4 Share Posted March 23, 2022 seem to remember about 3 euros for a 1l bottle (can only get half litres and 1 litres).

8420PR Posted March 23, 2022 #6 Share Posted March 23, 2022 For US cruises: You can get free tap water in the restaurant and buffet. For other parts of the world: Bottled water costs €2.90 for 1litre and €1.70 for 500ml. Free tap water is available in the buffet, but not typically offered in the restaurants. It is more complicated than this, there is not just US and rest of the world. Even the Western European countries have different "water rules". As Romania is not a seperate market for MSC for the thread opener I guess what you write about "other parts". Free water at the buffet, no free water in the restaurant. There was a water package before but MSC discountinued it.
