San Francisco question....we have an 11:30am flight

We have an 11:30 am flight out of SFO after a cruise on the Ruby. Not the best scenario but it is what it is. Does anyone have recommendations on the best way to get to the airport?  If they still do early walk offs we will do that but then should we do the BART ( I'm figuring no worries about traffic congestion there). I realize the entrance is a bit away from the pier. Uber? have no idea what an uber or taxi would cost. I'm thinking a Princess transfer would not get us there in time.

I'd use Uber, Lyft or a taxi. What is your scheduled arrival time? What is the previous port? If you have a 7AM arrival and Victoria is the previous port, you should be fine.

Our  last port is Victoria then a sea day before returning to San Francisco. We are scheduled to return at 7 am.
