However, my credit card was charged US$250, and what appears to be a US$500 CruiseFirst was placed in my account. Has anyone else been through this and how long did it take to get corrected? It's been taking a minimum of 5 days to hear back from the CruiseNext dept on other issues. By the time they get back to me, the $500 US, NZ, AUD promotions will have ended.
