There have already been a couple of small studies to see if saline or nettie-pot lavage or OTC sprays like Flonase impact rapid antigen tests.  Consensus seems to be "no."  The lateral flow tests are sensitive enough that you'll still test positive.

I'd think saline rinse would have a tendency to let remaining live virus deep in the nether regions work it's way out of the deep and into an area where a lazy swab would find it...
