Need help with group flying into FLL but cruising out of MIA - hotel/motorcoach

I have a group going out of Miami Port on the Navigator next year. I need TWO hotels near each other. One that would be considered "deluxe" and the other "value". I then will need a motorcoach company who could do a pick up at each hotel to take all of us to the port. We are flying into FLL because the flights are much less, but don't know if it would be better to stay the two nights before in FLL or MIA. I took the same group last year and we all stayed at two different hotels in Disney and took a motorcoach to Port Canaveral - it was flawless. Hoping to accomplish the same this year. Any help much appreciated.
