Private service to Galveston

Does anyone have any recommendations of a private service to use to get from a Houston hotel to the port of Galveston. This will be my first time going out of this port and looking to book a service. Thank you in advance.

I have no connection to these guys aside from being a customer.

when we cruised out of Galveston a few years ago we used a shuttle service called Cool Tours. Does anyone know if this company is still in business

Price Per trip /Small SUV 1-4 Passengers Hobby/HOU $65, Bush/IAH $100

                        4-5 passengers Hobby/HOU $80, Bush/IAH $130

Drop off/pick-ups at the Port add $5 port fee payable to driver

Per per person/10 passenger SUV 6 passengers or More

Hobby/HOU $29 pp, Bush/IAH $34pp

Drop off/pick-ups at the Port add $10 port fee payable to driver

Does "trip" mean for everyone in the vehicle or is the price per person?  We are 2 people who need service from IAH to Galveston the day before the cruise. 

I'm probably missing the obvious here.

Looks like you'd pay the trip rate (or flat rate) of 100 plus tip from IAH.

I used them the first week in May. Houston airport to Galveston  and then back to Houston from the port. It was $100.00 each way plus tip which is a great price. I am coming back in for a New Years Eve trip and have already booked with them again
