Positive response from Emerald

We are doing an Emerald land tour & river cruise in September & I had some questions.  I realized it would  be a very long wait to call so used their online chat.  Had an answer very quickly that they would get back to me in 1-2 weeks as they were dealing with clients that were sailing in the next couple of weeks.  One week later I  received a personal message from Emerald that took care of all of my concerns.

Just wanted to let folks know that Emerald is taking care of its clients!!
