How long does it take from port in NOLA to airport with cab or Uber?

We are on NCL Breakaway in December and are considering a fight that leaves at 11:30 am when we arrive back in port on the last day. Can we make this flight if we do self walk off with our bags and then grab a cab or Uber? Also, how long a drive is it to airport (MSY)?

30 minutes, more or less. Not much traffic on weekends, and no major construction between port and airport.
