Spanish Travel Health Form

Hi

I'm due to depart on my cruise next week. Previously the Marella entry requirement document showed that a Spanish Travel Health form needed to be completed a couple of days before travel.

 

I've checked the entry requirement document again today and it's not showing the health form as a requirement now. Does anyone definately that this requirement has now been dropped?

Since Wednesday this week, Spain no longer requires a Health Form to be filled out by those with the NHS Covid Pass (or EU equivalent).
