Purchased Carnival's Travel Protection but have no information about it.

When we booked our upcoming cruise through Carnival we purchased their "Carnival Vacation Protection".  I expected to get a copy of the policy detailing the coverage amounts and how to contact them in case of an emergency or claim.  We have received nothing although the charge is on our account summary.  I did a search on Carnival's website to no avail.  Final payment isn't for another couple months.  Could that be why?

i did find a document on it because I read it over before purchasing and also there was a point I thought we would cancel.

They tend to run around 129 to 149 pp on 7-8 day trips.   Around 59 to 89 for 4-5 days.  You can go into a mock booking and add it to see the cost for that specific itinerary.
