Anyone having trouble with Inspire today?

Leaving on the Breakaway on Sunday. I scheduled my proctor test for 1pm ET today.  I have called and emailed.  Apparently the proctor team is running behind.  I have been waiting for two hours. 

 

I know I'm not the only person.

 

Just checking to see if anyone else is having trouble.
