Lost vaccination card

I am sailing on Sunday with friends and one of them has lost their vaccination card.. went on the states health department website and printed  up his vaccine record and submitted it on the app for check-in  and said it was accepted… will they question this when he boards or will this suffice as proof

A state record is probably better proof than a card with handwritten stuff on it. I don't see why they would give them a hard time over the health department record.

It should be fine. Perhaps print this section of the FAQ incase you encounter a check-in agent that isn't aware. 

 

 

If I lost my original vaccination card, but am able to show electronic proof of vaccination on a government sponsored site/app, will that be accepted as proof of vaccination?

Yes, if a guest can furnish proof from the government site or app, we will accept as proof of vaccination.
