BaybeeLetsCruise Posted April 22, 2022 #1 Share Posted April 22, 2022 I tried canceling an excursion today and the website wouldn't let it go through. I kept getting an error message saying "Cancellation failed, so please try again." I have already called and they said they are having IT work on it, but it's still not canceled and may take a few days. Has anyone else encountered this problem?
