I just received my Email from TUI saying that my boarding passes were attached for outbound and inbound. Only outbound were attached. I just spoke with a TUI advisor and the process has now changed. Your return boarding passes will be emailed to you 2 to 3 days before your return. You can then print at the airport. Thought I'd share this as others may have been as confused as I was. Same here, had the email over weekend. Had a similar one yesterday saying we have to fill in location forms for Spain, even though that was dropped weeks ago. On each occasion I went on livechat to be told the email was wrong!
