Sailed last month and was supposed to get on board credit and also matched  loyalty plan and did not receive the match after we had sent everything in and was approved prior to cruise. When I asked on board we were told to call after we got off ship ?  Hard to receive your loyalty perks or spend on board credit after you get home, lol.  They have lost their mind, going back to Carnival as fast as we can.

You could have called MSC or emailed then in advance.

Certainly. If you enter the ship without the OBC voucher from your travel document PDF the staff at the future cruise desk can do nothing for you. And the correct VC status needs to be stated in the travel documents also, otherwise it will be difficult to get the perks.

Where in the travel documents would you see the VC status? Thank you...

Best place to look is on your Booking Confirmation, at Booking Details.  I don't think it's been on the Travel Documents (20 days out) for quite some time.

Checked my last travel document for our cruise end of January 2022. It is on page 2 (details page) of the booking confirmation.

Passengers: Name, DOB, MSC Club Member Gold, Card number.

And on the cruise ticket it is directly on page 1:
Passenger

Name - Gold Voyagers Club Member

But the membership number cannot be found on the cruise ticket.

For onboard benefits, there is one MSC Voyagers Club personal in MSC future cruises desk

I've just got off Bellisima two days ago and was told by YC Concierge that they no longer had the MSC Voyagers Club member of staff ( I remember they used to come to the YC to sort out problems on certain days) and that it was a cut due to Covid.
