CruiseCare Insurance question

As I read the Terms and conditions for CruiseCare, it seems to me that the

"CruiseCare® Cancel For Any Reason Cruise Vacation Enhancement" comes as part of the insurance package.

There is no mention of an extra charge for this. Am I reading this correctly?

No extra charge. That is one of the advantages of cruise line insurance. Note that it is in the form of FCC, not cash. It is an incentive from the cruise line, not part of the insurance policy.
