Escape- Lunch Outside

Are there any outdoor dining options for lunch? From what I'm gathering only specialty restaurants have dining on the waterfront, but I was hoping to see if there were any more casual, included options for days that we're in swimsuits (with coverups if we're go inside of course). Or are we able to do take out from the restaurants to bring outside to where we're sitting?

There is open air seating for the Garden Cafe.
