Elsammo46 Posted June 4, 2022 #1 Share Posted June 4, 2022 I just booked and am trying to complete the health questionnaire and complete the passage contract, however when I attempt to enter the web check-in area of the website it tells me that "Passenger Registration has failed." cruiseguy56 Posted June 10, 2022 #3 Share Posted June 10, 2022 I had called MSC a few days ago with a question about our end of August cruise and after getting my answer, was told "don't wait until the last minute to do the on-line check-in. Be sure to check-in anytime after 20 days before the cruise." I said are you kidding me, waiting THAT long before the cruise IS last minute to us. We always cruise other lines have done the web check-in a good 6-7 months before cruise date. MSC is some kind of different, I'm learning. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

alohayall Posted June 10, 2022 #5 Share Posted June 10, 2022 For my late November 2021 cruise, at 20 days, check-in was still not available. Maybe not even at 15. It was a test in patience.
