Our cruise booking is connected with another couple.  We understand how it works while on ship.  Wondering if booking continue in the same way while doing the land tour while in Alaska?  Basically would we expect rooms to be at least in same area of hotels?  Thanks for your help especially if you have traveled with others and had connected bookings.

Did you need to have Princess or a TA connect the 2 bookings ? We are traveling with friends and would like to dine together but I don't see where I can connect them ( online not app) Maybe they can do it on the app? They are not going land portion, only cruise. TIA
