dave415 Posted February 27, 2006 #1 Share Posted February 27, 2006 I've noticed that Mariner's schedule has a small gap in it. She arrrives Ft. Lauderdale on March 29, but the next item on the calendar has her leaving Ft. Lauderdale on April 3. Does anyone know if this is a short charter or if by some stroke of luck, she is having a rumored soft goods refurbishment (not sure if I dreamed that or not ;) ) just before our 26 night South Pacific cruise on April 18? Also is there more headroom in the new shower stalls on Mariner? I'm 6'2" and accustomed to a 10 foot ceiling in the bathroom at home. I'm trying to decide if we should abandon our cat. D with a new shower for a cat. C penthouse if one is available for upgrading. If I can take a shower (27 of them) without stooping over I'd gladly forget about trying to get a cat. C. Thanks ever so much.

count florida Posted July 4, 2006 #8 Share Posted July 4, 2006 Dave, a number of Mariner's suite's baths have been converted to shower-only. You can get details from knowledgable TAs or from Radisson. They are nice, with a built-in seat, etc.
