J3 with asterisk

Hello! We were moved to a Junior Suite (J3), and when I look at deck plans, there is an asterisk meaning can accommodate 4 people, (and we are 4). Could someone clarify exactly what that means. Trundle bed? Pullman? This on Oasis of the Seas, deck 11.
