Another Drink Package Question

We have the signature drink package for our Alaska cruise on 08/28, and I know there is a 15 drink limit per day. Is that 15 alcoholic drinks, or 15 drinks of any kind including soft drinks and specialty coffee?  I tried to find the answer on HAL website, but am still a little confused!

It is now 15 drinks of any kind.  That change occurred last summer.  The details are in the fine print in the signature beverage package or Have it All package terms and conditions.

My current plan is to forgo the upgrade to Elite since the limit is now widely reported to be 15 drinks of any kind, buy a beverage card for $100 and use that to stock up on waters and canned sofas in the room.
