Resorts World Bimini Beach and Pool Day w/ lunch

Celebrity offers an excursion option at Resorts World Bimini that for about $20 per person, you can have lunch off a special menu at a resort restaurant and an additional free drink.  Has anyone done this or does anyone know what is on the menu?  I am interested to know what the lunch food options are.  Having been to Resorts World Bimini before, I know the food and beverages are not cheap.

I saw a video on you tube that showed I believe the same Carnival excursion, except Carnival was charging an extra $25 for the added lunch to the excursion.

Then the people showed the menu in the video and at the top of the menu (like 10 items if I remember) it stated any menu choice was $15 for those who didn't pay extra for the lunch.
