immargaret Posted March 4, 2006 #26 Share Posted March 4, 2006 i wanted to ask, about the difference between the balcony and the mini suite.. do you think its worth the xtra money? just wondering since i looked at your pics !!! :) they were nice Your hooked Melissa, go for the AB...... I just posted photos from our 2/21 STAR cruise, and the AB suite 11030... http://community.webshots.com/user/NCLCruiser Margaret
CruisinMK Posted March 4, 2006 #27 Share Posted March 4, 2006 if you want 3 or 4 in a cabin the extra room of a minisuite is nice. Sometimes the balcony is bigger too. If just 2 though you might choose to skip it to save money, depends on how much you value the space. Actually I often save even more and just get the inside cabin, lets me do more cruises. :)

Do you have an aft BA cabin? We were in the aft BA last year and the balcony's are really much deeper giving you more square footage outside. If there isn't one available book what you can and keep calling, they do open up occassionally. :)

( framed balcony ) he prefers mid,,, but hey at least its a balcony.. thats all i need ... :D

I am not looking forward to the flight either. First NCL ship for us was the Sea it had freestyle and we enjoyed it. But it was nothing like the freestyle on the Dawn and from all I read the Star. Love your pictures thanks for posting them.
