Premier check in is usually early check in online (2 days before everyone else) so you get an early check in time slot.

 

$500 free play is not added to your S & S card. You have to go to the Casino Cashier and they will give you funplay chips or cash (at least that's been my experience)

 

DOU in the casino is for you and companion in your room and ONLY in the casino unless it specifies "everywhere on board"  

 

$20,000 prizes, etc. giveaways, games etc., while playing in the casino.

Apparently, you can't.  I had the same question a few weeks ago.  You can email the player's club to find out.  Or ask your PVP if you used one.
